• Customer content: session recordings, feedback submissions, forms, ballots, event definitions, and related configuration created by customers.
• Support communications: messages, attachments, and details shared when contacting us.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to deliver the service, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, process payments, provide support, and improve PulsePanda.
